Pascal333 it's not just the artist being famous, and cut the 'hipster' label crap. There are artistst that have become famous but I still like them (eg. Dj Krush, or Autechre, Future Sound of London , Aphex twin etc). It's not about becoming famous it's about dropping quality and becoming mainstream, in the bad sense of the term. ;)

He used to be great 10+ years ago. Great flow and style. Now it seems he needed lots of cash to fuck many hoes and do expensive powders so he turned 'mainstream' too bad.Another lost talent.

Bet you want his mom to feel worse again so he can write shit that pleases YOU. Don't apologize you bigots. 20 years and you know nothing about nothing. Evolving is a loanword to you. You like the old shit, go buy the old shit. Listen to today's lyrics. Focus. The darkness will always be a part of Tech but that doesn't mean a flicker of light is not appreciated in Strangeland. I, too, love K.O.D., I think it's his best album, it's my shit. But the last album still rocked and the latest collabo has a few tracks on it that demolish other rapper's entire albums. The label is growing and by the time Tech's next album is out in 2012 you'll have forgotten about the shit you just typed. The only thing money did is boost people's (some of them even proper artists) awareness of the Strange roster. See ya in a few weeks, when it's your time of the month again.

He's gotta be dark and psychotic to be worth listening to? Dude explained it after the release of I think it was either K.O.D. or Seepage, it's dangerous to be lurking around in a mindstate for that for too long. He got out of it for his own good.

Think The Noose or Gods might be my fav, but Slave is awesome too. And I still can't grasp how anyone could think money killed him, especially when he's still independent and still rolling with his own independent label. It's not like a few guest spots from some famous people and a nod of the head from the mainstream are gonna possess him like the devil.

Holy shit, just got around to getting my copy of Welcome to Strangeland today and DAMN, glad to see the big man's lightning-fast output of albums doesn't take away any of the quality, album's a beast.
