    brilliant album. I know it was delayed when it was released but this feels like a LOT of effort went into making it.

    Not exactly. Probably his best since at least Jungle Fever, maybe Hotter Than July, but the album is shoddily sequenced and there are still a few songs on the verge of being saccharine with their sticky sweet melodies. Stevie simply is nowhere near as focused as he was in his prime. He has to find that inspiration once again and produce a late-career masterpiece.

    Mi nº 1 siempre será "Journey through the secret....", contiene autenticas joyas. Y este "Time..." no esta mal pero creo que es un trabajo x exigencias de discográfica.

    A time to love is amazing. It really is old school classic Stevie with a modern twist. I hate how radio and the mainstream doesn't pay artists over 45+ or real soul any attention. But then again I don't listen to the radio or watch music tv much, only vh1 classic.
