1. Surfacing (1997)

The best album she has ever made, in my opinion, containing some of her most beautiful songs. It's a soft and atmospheric album with great rhythms and melodies. A short but well balanced album, without any fillers. The lyrics are introspective and mostly dealing about her period of breakdown prior to this album.

2. Afterglow (2003)

There is a bit of a gap between this album and the number 1, and it took me some time to really get into this one. But also this album contains some really beautiful songs. The lyrics are less cryptic compared to her earlier albums and the music is more piano-based.
