Rise and Fall est un groupe hardcore punk ultra brutal et puissant en provenance de Belgique. Formé en 2002, le groupe n’a cessé d’évoluer pour atteindre le statut de fer de lance de la scène indépendante européenne après la sortie de leur dernier album intitulé « Into Oblivion » et mixé par Kurt Ballou, guitariste du groupe culte US Converge. Avec plus de 150 shows donnés par an dont de nombreuses tournées en europe, en scandinavie, aux Etats-Unis et en Angleterre, Rise and Fall continue de dévaster les scènes du monde entier à un rythme effréné. Connus pour des prestations super énergiques et un son à couper le souffle, c’est live que Rise and Fall prend véritablement toute sa forme et révèle le monstre qui sommeille en ses membres.
Bien que beaucoups les comparent à leurs prédécesseurs des Cro-Mags, Integrity et autres Ringworm, Rise and Fall révèle de temps à autre un côté plus obscur qui tend à rapeller des groupes tels que Neurosis, Celtic Frost et Entombed.
