@ Emily'sgma, YouTube Rich Mulling Screen Door Cup song. Quite a few will come up, but I think the 1 you're wanting is Rich in the center of 2 other guys wearing a blue shirt. It's grainy, but AWESOME!

Rich Mullins is the only CCM artist that I am not ashamed to be scrobbled next to secular artists. His work as a musician is superb and can be judged by against many other works.

Rich Mullins is the first "celeb" death I really remember. I was 10. Back then, all I knew was Awesome God. Now I know so much more . It's so beautiful. So profound. So amazing.

He is great. I didn't know much about him until this week. I kind of wish I see him & listen to his music while I was little while he was living. It is sad & heartbreaking the way he went home (heaven). The demo versions on the Jesus Record is kind of creepy but I like it. He is the greatest christian singer ever & no one will be like him. His songs is powerful and sometimes some songs make me cry. I never saw him but I will meet him at home (heaven) soon, Can't wait!!!!!

About twenty years ago, a young American missionary coming in Haiti with a team has lend me a tape of this artist. Even since, I keep in my some of his tunes. Though he is with the Lord now, he has left a great treasure for generations. Praise be to God who has entrusted him this powerful music ministry. May the words of his songs keep on showing the Way to those who are seeking Him. Be blessed ! Franck for the Radio Eben-Ezer Internationale, France http://www.franckradio.podomatic.com

My fiancee at the time and her mother really got me into Rich Mullins, especially his album A Liturgy, a Legacy, and a Ragamuffin band. Fortunately I was blessed to be able to see him live around 1997 just months before he passed away. I don't listen to a lot of Contemporary Christian music, but I will always love Rich and his universal message that anyone can agree with.

I was privileged to see him at The King's place in Columbus, Ohio. Must have been around 1988. I remember him holding a little baby from the audience in his arms while singing one song. He sincerely loved Jesus. A special man.

Rich Mullins is incredible. I still remember when my father told me he had died... at the time I wasn't sure who he was. We had a couple Rich Mullins CD growing up but that was about it. He then flipped open a song book and pointed to Awesome God.
