[Editor's Note:] Goddamn it hahah, I already fucked up.

Math never was one of my strengths, and this is a good example!

I accidentally put too many albums on the last list update. There are 13 days this month that will have updates and 211 total reviews, so I was going to do 15 albums a day (except for the first day, which would have more). So the last one you read should have only gone to album #181.

Sorry! This section has ten album reviews you already read on it but at least now you can read them without being rushed.

Sorry, I'll try not to fuck it up again haha

On the bright side, someone pointed out that Jesse's Civil Wars review had an entire margin taken out in the last update (can't believe I missed that) so I fixed the typos in it.

  • 20 Most Anticipated Albums Of 2010

    7 fév. 2010, 2h45m par glmh101

    20. B.o.B. Presents The Adventures Of Bobby Ray By B.O.B.
The highlight of last year in music was emergence of a new, young group of MCs. This included the likes of Drake, Kid Cudi, Asher Roth, Charles Hamilton, Wale, Chiddy Bang & B.o.B.. B.o.B. is one of the last of the group to release his debut, which should be very well done. Debut Albums already have a tendency to have the artist's talent channeled effectively. In addition, B.o.B. has gotten acclaim from artists like Eminem.

    19. Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty By Big Boi
This album has been rumored to be released anytime now for the last few years, so we will see if it actually is released. If it is, it is one step closer to Outkast reuniting in the studio.

    18. Distant Relatives By Nas & Damian Marley
This is an interesting collaboration that seems would have two styles that can work great together.

    17. TBA By T.I.
His stint in prison may have given T.I. …
  • My Music Year - 2007

    1 jan. 2008, 20h02m par MurderCapital

OK, this is my music year of 2007 and some short thoughts. Don't agree? I respect that, just don't start bitching about it, make your own list.

Tim Armstrong - A Poets Life
Ska punk at it's best, say what you want about him, but Tim Armstrong can write songs.

Apulanta - Eikä vielä ole edes ilta
Another solid Apulanta album. I still don't understand the lyrics, but who cares, the music is good.

    Tila Tequila - Various Songs/Singles
What a total joke, go back posing for nude pictures it's the only talent you have babe.

    Chimaira - Resurrection
I never got into this band or any of these so called 'metalcore' bands, no matter how hard I try. it's not bad at all, but it doesn't move me, it's all screaming for nothing.

    The Stooges - The Weirdness
The first studio album Iggy Pop and The Stooges have put out since 1973's "Raw Power". Does it live up to any hype (was there any?), well i would say yes, this is what The Stooges is and should be.

Yesterday, I had a great oppotrunity to see this film, because I won two tickets from Metancity. Big thanks!

Film was GREAT! I realy love it... but, but They have a little problems with sound. I don´t know where was problem. In kino or in the film - It sounds like from fuckin´ handy camera. Sound was horrible :-(
Back to the film. Concert Bestie Boys were really wonderful! In first dj Mix Master Mike had about 5 minutes cool turntable set, than came to main stage Besties /Mike D, Adroc and MCA. They´re cutted down all fans in Madison Square Garden. Special guest Doug E. Fresh with his does´t lose it.

GREAT concert, great Bestieboys, great DJ, great fans, but AWFUL sound.

Sorry for my english, i´m beginner
  • What's Playing: Week of August 20th, 2006

    WARNING: Good shit ahead.

"Love Me or Hate Me" by Lady Sovereign
    from Public Warning (10/02/2006)

The lead single from Sovereign's first actual album "Public Warning" is here... and it's (thankfully) been released in both the United Kingdom and in the United States thanks to Island Def Jam Music Group. Lady's been touring the United States quite a bit lately, so hopefully it's beginning to pay off. The new track doesn't leave anything about her hidden -- she's blunt, and says she "doesn't give a fu*k" what you think about her... she's good. Check it out!!

    ***4.5 out of 5***

    "Love You So" by Natalie
    from Everything New (09/19/2006)

The second single from Natalie's upcoming album was released to the US market this week :). "Love You So" it's a more slow, lullaby sounding track -- but it's great nonetheless. In my opinion is had a little 80's flavor hidden underneath... check it out and let me know what you think.
