Lou receives highest French honor

This week Lou received the medal “Commandeur Des Arts Et Lettres” from the republic of France. This is the highest distinction awarded from France to artists and other creatives throughout the world. This photo is of Lou accepting the medal from Antonin Baudry of France’s Ministry Of Culture. -

I went down to Zuccotti Park to be part of the protests. I support them wholeheartedly and wonder why our President who spoke SO well is not there speaking for the 99%. I was thrilled to see this going on and will try to help. Here are some fotos. Lou Reed NYC 10/17
