Lil Scrappy est un rappeur originaire d’Atlanta en Géorgie. Il est né en 1984, Darryl Richards de son vrai nom. Il a été découvert par Lil Jon et le label BME Recordings. Il s’est batti une solide réputation en participant à des mixtapes et avec son single ”Head Bussa” en featuring avec Lil Jon. En 2004, il sortit un album intitulé ”The King of Crunk & BME Recordings Present: Trillville & Lil Scrappy”.
Dernièrement, il a sorti fin 2006 son nouvel album ”Bred 2 Die, Born 2 Live”(sous le label BME Recordings et G-Unit South).
