Le projet le plus intéressant et le plus abouti qu’il ait réalisé jusqu’à présent est sans doute la BO de la suite Hitman. Io-Interactive a tout de suite apprécié le travail qu’il a fourni et le public aussi. Dans ce travail (plus particulièrement dans le dernier opus) il fut aidé par 150 membres du Choeur Symphonic de Budapest rendant sa musique encore plus imposante. La compréhension du personnage de 47 et de l’histoire de ce dernier lui ont permis de rafler le BAFTA Games Award catégorie « Best Original Music » en 2005. Le 15 février pour la seconde édition des Elan Awards (récompenses canadiennes pour l’électronique et l’animation) Jesper Kyd reçoit la récompense de la « meilleure bande originale dans un jeu vidéo » pour le jeu Assassin’s Creed.

    Is in the world anything more beautiful and heart thrilling than AC2's soundtrack, especially "Ezio's Family" track? I think not. Now I'm listening to AC's soundtrack and I think it is magnificent. Sends positive feelings, I imagine Dark Ages in Jerusalem, Acre, Damascus :3 AC2 OST is simply the best, but AC: Brotherhood's soundtrack is not that bad as people say... it's just more... dynamic, it's maybe... happier. I dont know. But I love ACB's soundtrack, it has fantastic power inside. And AC: Revelations' soundtrack is... simply epic. Adventure and mistery, love it too.

    I agree with th3warr1or. AC2 was stunning. The amount of story and thought put into it was brilliant. Brotherhood was a good end to the AC2 story but by itself it already lacked a lot of the subtle, lengthy plots that AC2 had. Revelations was at best meh in the story department when compared to AC2. Far less characters and frankly the plot was predictable which was quite saddening. Hoping AC3 really tops it off and brings the series to the top again.

    It's not quite the fact that people think the game only takes 1year. If they could accomplish this much with 1year, they could make a game twice as good if they released it after 2. The problem when they milk it is that they're just reaching to make a "good" game rather than an amazing game. Assassin's Creed 2 was amazing.

    Milking or not, they do in fact make exceptional games in a very little time so i think they do deserve my full respect, also i quite liked Revelations OST, it brought some kind of epicness to the world and it fit very well with that whole concept of ending an era for our beloved assassins Altair and Ezio. Looking forward to the new instalment. Haters gonna hate. :p

    Tracks are very good in the game ambient. For instance, "On the Attack", kind of oriental and electronic mix is great in-game, much better than standalone, in my opinion. Yerebatan Cistern also a better feeling in game context and so on. Peaceful, ambiental and beautiful tracks: Welcome to Konstantiniyye, The Crossroads of the World, Byzantium, Nova Roma, Istanbul... Action tracks are OK too - The Wounded Eagle (it's great), Greek Fire. Galata Tower... Now Balfe - AC theme is really good, but again, not fitting to this universe. Scheduled for Deletion, Unsubtle Approach, great and short, as they should be, but almost everything else is a variation of AC theme which ruins the feel for me. His tunes for Multiplayer are so generic, not worth a mention really. If an AC game was to be released every 2 years, OSTs would also profit, but this way I guess it's still good (could be better of course) from Kyd, but Balfe dissapointed. BTW, new AC game is already confirmed for 2012.... Jesus
