Représentant légendaire de la scène allemande acid-house, présent depuis 1991, Hardfloor est un duo formé par Ramon Zenker et Olivier Bondzio, qui mélange beats hip-hop et sons électro. Utilisant jusqu’à 6 synthétiseurs TB-303 de Roland en même temps, ils ont fait de ces machines leur signature, un son particulier qui les caractérise et dont leur titre « Acperience 1 » est la référence du genre.
Si Hardfloor est célèbre et renommé dans le monde de la techno allemande, son alter ego Dadamnphreaknoizphunk leur permet, lui, de jouer sur un aspect plus détendu. Après un passage sur le culte label Harthouse, Hardfloor crée en 2003 leur propre label du même nom.
