Originaire d’Athens en Géorgie, Elf Power fait parti du collectif Elephant 6. Leur son se trouve entre la pop-rock psyché d’Apples in Stereo et les tendances lo-fi de Neutral Milk Hotel ou de Olivia Tremor Control. Formé en 1993, Elf Power a sorti son premier LP « Vainly Clutching at Phantom Limbs » en 1995.

i'm usually not a big fan of this style of music but elf power's songwriting skills are simply limitless, the albums i've heard are packed with lots of amazing pop songs, thus i've grown to like them alot. a great, great band.
