Dream Theater's best song, and possibly the greatest song ever written. "Sometimes, in the wreckage of our wake, there's a bitterness we harbor, hate for hatred's sake." Fantastic lyrics, and an amazing solo, this is the song where Petrucci completely owns it and shows that he can write something meaningful and without shredding.

I don't understand why people love Dream Theatre... Their music is just DULL. If someone can find me any of their songs where they play with a bit of energy and life, I'll maybe be able to change my tune. It's such a damn shame too because I know Petrucci can shred and has amazing talent, but everything I have heard by Dream Theatre is completely boring.
