Brand New est un groupe de rock américain formé en 2000. Leur troisième album The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me a été lancé le 21 novembre 2006.
Vers la fin des années 1990, Jesse Lacey, Garrett Tierney et Brian Lane faisaient tous partis de The Rookie Lot, un groupe de post-hardcore.
Après la rupture de The Rookie Lot, Lacey, Lane et Tierney commencèrent a jouer ensemble avec Vincent « Vin » Accardi complètant le groupe. Le nom Brand New vient d’une chanson des Beastie Boys.

The Devil And God Are Raging Inside Me is just beyond comprehension for me. How could a masterpiece of its magnitude exist? As well as this, the rest of their albums are almost just as amazing. Can't wait for a new album, I am so fucking ready..
