This man created so many intruiging tracks that he can be called an underrated artist. And he was influenced by a lot of genres, so his music itself is not restricted to technical, 'cold' IDM patterns. In Beaumont Hannant's music you can hear ambient structures, hiphop beats (btw, he debuted in a hiphop collective), electro, techno beats etc.: Almost the best thing of every genre, connected by Hannant's "mystical touch". My favourite Hannant releases are his full-lenght Texturology and the Notions Of Tonality Volume 2 EP (his last release, then he disappeared...)
Whatever happened to this guy? His work was brilliant! He cranked out like 100 tunes from 1994-1996, but he seemingly died along with the GPR label. I know he did some stuff with a group called Outcast and with Lida Husik... after that, did he retire from music?
