Considéré comme l’un des groupes fondateurs du post-rock, Bark Psychosis est un combo britannique qui voit le jour en 1986. Jusqu’à son split en 1994, Bark Psychosis explorera les terrains ambiant et expérimentaux du rock… avant de reprendre du service dès 1999, après un changement de line-up.
Le groupe est désormais composé de :
Graham Sutton (chant, guitare, basse, piano, claviers, melodica, E-mu), Lee Harris (batterie, percussions), Colin Bradley (guitare), Pete Beresford (vibraphone), Rachel Dreyer (piano, chant), T. J.Mackenzie (trompette), Anja Buechele (chant), Chicken (gonk vocal), Neil Aldridge (indicators), Shaun Hyder (sindhi tamboura), David Panos (basse), alice kemp (bowed guitar), Silke Roch (chant), Mark Simnett (batterie), Del Crabtree (trompette)

Dustsucker "sounds" just as great, but it doesn't have the tension that inhabits Hex. Hex is a living breathing monster; Dustsucker, in comparison, is a bit too nice.

How did you manage to purchase Hex on CD before neglecting it? Its not been on sale for years, which is one of the single biggest crimes in all of music. High time it was reprinted and also in special edition format aswell.

I've been listening to Hex for the past three hours after years of neglecting it up there in my cds shelf. It's probably the most blissful, captivating feeling I've felt in a long time. I adore how disjointed everything is played, yet every instrument falls into place so impeccable, and how amazing "Eyes and Smile" is...
