    "at 3:21, after which it falls into a trite, shoegazer-type, crashing guitar feedback rendition of what came before" it's hard to imagine that being a bad thing. ------------- That's you showing your age, in reverse. If you were over the age of 25 you'd have heard that ending approximately 100,000 times and would presumably therefore have a different opinion. It was old 15 years ago. After a second wave of thousands of shoegazing near carbon copies of each other, it stinks like a sweaty jockstrap. But that's me showing my age too, i guess:)

    Beautifully melodic and powerfully evocative, right up until it loses momentum at 3:21, after which it falls into a trite, shoegazer-type, crashing guitar feedback rendition of what came before. Fortunately, this song is succeeded on the album by one of the greatest rock tracks ever composed.
