In 2002 myself Nicolas Piedra has composed a song named “Get Out Of My Mind” and have placed it on a promotional web site under the username Ayhnik. In 2003 I was informed that a web-site with the MJJ production logo carried out my song for the benefit of Michael Jackson announcing that it’s an outtakes and title of the album invincible that was out in 2001. I have informed by mail and e-mail this web-site the fact that this song was mine. And that it has been copied from my web-site to their by some Michael Jackson fans. I have requested them to stop the rumour. As I did not get any answer from them. I hired a French lawyer to take care of the issue. After research this lawyer has open a case of “pirated copy” as my song has been stolen and used. The expert in musicology of the French national syndicate for the French composer has testified that I was the writer of that song. And according to my lawyer “Get out of my mind” has been downloaded 3 million times on google very popular web sites. In 2007 a fake album of Michael Jackson easily downloadable on the net appeared. This fake album includes my song. We are actually in touch with the MJJ production to solve this problem. I would like to let you know that I never intended to imitate Michael Jackson to make me some publicity, you can listen my songs on this page and check that my work exists in different style.
