Toujours hébergé chez Kranky, Bradford Cox, leader de Deerhunter, nous offre une escapade auditive de haute volée avec la première sortie discographique de son projet solo Atlas Sound (après un remix pour Grizzly Bear, sur leur Friend EP). Là où la musique de Deerhunter est riche d’ atmosphères fortes, celle d’Atlas Sound a plus à voir avec les musiques pop/laptop de chambre, ces pièces personnelles et rêveuses qui hantent nos discothèques. Sans pour autant se départir du caractère schizophrènique et mélancolique du groupe originel.

Alright, with Logos I admit Bradford Cox has talent and doesn't just get high and writes down what feels good like I thought before. (P.S. I originally posted this with instead of Cox's name Noah Lennox's which I think is a pretty good answer to the question "what does Cox's music sound like.)

look it up on the internet, you can be attracted to men for example but not want to have sex with them. its different than celibacy because celibacy is giving up sex for a reason like religious vows, it doesnt mean you don't want to have it. asexuality is just not WANTING to have sex at all. celibacy is a choice whereas asexuality is not. good day

Pffft... this sucks.. I saw Atlas Sound was coming around to my town and have been hearing a lot about this guy, so I checked it out and it didn't really sound the greatest. A couple weeks after the show, I listen to the same thing again and now like it a lot... Horrible injustices in the world...
