therhapsody It is an opinion. I love the shit out of this record, and Neon Bible. I think that The Suburbs was okay, but altogether too long. Arcade Fire did not nail the double album. (To be fair, a very hard thing to do.) Thematically it was interesting but it didn't hold up for the entire record. Some gems for sure, but some songs that drag a bit too much. I'm sorry that you can't appreciate that other people have opinions.
