I was raised with the music of Amorphis. When I was 6 years old, I heard the new Album "Tales from the thousand lakes". Of course I didn't understand the music, but I never stopped listening to them. "Tales from the thousand lakes" is one of the best albums of all time for me, I also know the whole discography of Amorphis. I personally can enjoy every album except "Far from the sun" (because Pasi sounded surprisingly bad and I still don't like the production and the most songwriting of that album) and I'm extremely glad that they found Tomi Joutsen, because the last 4 albums are also godlike like the albums from the mid-90ths, even though they're totally different comparing to the older albums but similiar comparing to each other. Amorphis are one of those extremely rar bands who last more than 20 years and who made nearly everything right. I truely adore them. 'nuff said!
