Bien que composé de six membres, le groupe de soft rock Air Supply vivait principalement autour du duo Russell Hitchcock et Graham Russell. Formés en 1976 à Sydney en Australie, ils signèrent un contrat en 1980 avec une major et eurent successivement sept chansons classées dans le top 5 américain au cours des deux premières années, dont « Lost in Love » et « The One That You Love », et vendirent de nombreux albums. Le groupe se sépara en 1988 et depuis la reformation en 1991, ils n’ont pu retrouver le succès des débuts. Ils continuent d’enregistrer et l’album « Yours Truly » est sorti en 2000.

I just saw one of their tour concerts last October, and they haven't lost their touch! One of the best soft rock musicians ever. Can't wait for their next album this 2010, it's going to be awesome!

timeless, classic, essential soft rock/MOR/adult contemporary early 80's tunes this duo produced. even if you think you don't know who they are you've surely heard and admired multiple songs by them: lost in love, the one that you love, all out of love, even the nights are better... i could go on. brings back great memories of growing up in north carolina in the early 80's with only one fm radio station: top 40 Q98 wqsm. sway with me now...
