  @gom-in-hyeongXx it is similar concept in korean, but less sexual. For example, n the chorus in stead of saying "in my head, I see you all over me." it says "In my head, it is filled with you." So he is still talking about a girl he can't stop thinking about, it is just a lot less sexual.
