Hey! I have a question, not really sure if it can be resolved!

Basically me & my bro share this computer (sucks!) anyway he has a iPod shuffle & I have a nano. He only recently got round to installing it so I wake up today and all of his music is in my itunes! So, what I'm wondering is, is there any way we can have different itunes on the same computer? I don't want his music scrobbled to my last.fm!! hahaha, I take this all too seriously I guess. But seriously if anyone can help it would be much appreciated!!!
