On and off since I was born like that other guy. I've been constant vegetarian for the past 4 years I think.

i never liked eating meat. It goes through me. My mother even told me that meat was from animals that had died NATURALLY and not been killed, in an effort to make me eat it.
Though I did eat it on very RARE occasions up until I was like 15 because I thought I might need the iron or something...MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.
Could never eat it now, I think I would vomit. Unless stranded and starving somewhere as last resort

About a year officially, my last girlfriend was vegan and it really helped me see how easy switching to a full veggie diet was. I hadn't really been eating meat at home for a few years anyway, so there wasn't a whole lot to cut out.

I'd love to go vegan but I'm not sure I can give up eggs! Although I do at least get my eggs either from the farm or my own chickens. I had some from the supermarket the other week that tasted like they'd been injected with diluted bleach. I guess you could say I have less of a problem with using animal produce than I do with the mass farming practices and general sustainability issues (not to mention not trusting whatever bizzaro chemical seems to have been forced into every damn thing).
