Do you have a blog you like to write? Do you use myspace or facebook to be more social like others? Are you participating to those forums full of foolish and boring "the person above me" games?...

Forget all of these disconnected community stuff! You don't need making your blogs accessible by linking to them or using different "subject oriented" forums to communicate.
Why not find people directly according to your interest, or maybe their knowledge about anything?
We introduce you to the newest and the most collabarative project ever done: thedict.
Why don't you try?

Below you'll find what we aimed and why we are here.
Thedict.net is a dictionary which is written collaboratively by authors around the world. The aim of the dict is sharing the knowledge not only with the authors but the dict readers as well. Since it is a collaborative dictionary, there is a huge amount of authors. Any registered author can add any topic or entry about anything. the entries are added without being checked by any moderation. Moderation check is done later according to the creadict rules which are given in the site. Once a topic is added, the other authors can share their knowledge by adding other entries to the topic. There is no limitation of entries for a topic since there is unlimited knowledge which the dict authors have around the world.
what are the differences between thedict and blogging?
- thedict is more organized system than blogs. because everything has it's own title unlike blogs (in blogs everybody may write same thing in his/her own. so internet becomes a waste of information)
- in thedict, you don't need to make people come and read your writings unlike blogs. because it's collabarative, all the users will read it as you write. who are online reads it first.
what are the differences between thedcit and urban dictionary?
- urbandictionary contains only slang words with example in a sentence. but thedict has it's own rules, called "thedict concept". anything can be written that's suitable to these rules. and the biggest difference is: thedict is a collabarative dictionary, you gen get in touch with anyone you want according to your interest.
what are the differences between thedict and wikipedia?
- wikipedia is an objective source, what makes thedict different is it's subjectiveness among other encyclopedia-typed sources.
