First Shiina song

What was the song that first introduced you to the lovely shinna ringo? For me, it was Shuukyou.

First Song?

Haha, I think the first Shiina Ringo "song" was a video where she covered Radiohead's Creep. If that doesn't count then Shuukyou was also my first song, I found it while finding out more about her.

I think it was Koko De Kiss Shite, but I'm actually not sure, it's been too long.

If I remember correctly, my first Shiina Ringo songs were Shuukyou and Kei Koku. (Also, it was picksliding ^^^^^ that introduced me to Shiina Ringo!)

The 'original' punked up version of "Yattsuke Shigoto"; I saw the video while walking through Tower Records and thought, whoah, here's an artists that's really breaking out of the J-pop mold. And did she ever.

i first heard her in tokyo jihen's album, and started investigating her solo stuff, firstly with muzai moratorium. the first shiina ringo song i loved tho was probably marunouchi sadistic :)

Shuukyou for me too. At first, I thought it was kinda weird... interesting, but didn't really fall for it until I had listened to it (and the rest of that album) a couple of times over a week or so.

Now, Shiina is by far my favorite artist <3

I really don't remember. I only remember the first jpop song I ever heard, Boys n girls/Ayumi ^^
The first Ringo PV I ever saw though was probably Identity off of SS. It's one of the better PVs (love that intro, some believe it's Ringo herself playing the guitar, but I dunno?), for a long time that song was my fave song also. Then again, every Ringo song is my fave song. :-P

The Best artists you always find coincidental.
My first Japanese song ever was rosier from Luna Sea. I saved the Background midi on a page someday back in '99 and always listened to it was called rosier.mid, never thought about it that it could be from a real Band, searched it one day in P2P and found the real version, whoa... J-Rock.

First ringo song was tsumi to batsu, coincidental again. Was looking for Mitsu to tsuba by dir en grey and got this one.
Well since then I never heard DeG again ^o^

The first Ringo song that I heard was Marunochi Sadistic, which I downloaded off of an old MP3 website, called Jeban's On My Favorites or something such as that, in a search for a Puffy song.

If only I'd known how much downloading that would eventually cost me....o^^.o
