  DAMN YOU FIRMWARE 4.1... now after almost every game crash... (and it happens quite often in Mass Effect 3... Jesus I thought that after Mass Effect 2 they will fix that.. at least it isn't corrupting save files :P) the console feels like it need to rebuild it's hard drive... which according to the text can take from 3 to 5 hours (actually on my 250G it took about 3mins). Of course there is nothing wrong with it, you don't loose any data or save games but daaamn it is annoying :P I read at PS forum that all users got same thing and I just wonder.. is it a glitch.. or an intended move.....

  and there is no way to check what kind of extra stuff you got. Also conversation system kinda suck... you don't even need to read it at all... wanna be a hero always select stuff in upper right corner, more info to the left, exit talk to the right, renegade option down right corner... sometimes for extra hero/renegade points certain respond options are in blue or red... what the hell... For now those are my two main complains.. but I guess I will have more cause I heard that the game has a really shitty ending :P For now I am a bout 14 hours in the game.

  Now I am playing Mass Effect 3 and well as you may guess there is not that many "RPG" in this "RPG" even a gamer with NO skills in that kind of games will probably shoot his way through. Anyway I must admit that the game is really epic, all the characters from previous games are here even those the DLC like the Shadow Broker and Kasumi Goto and the dude that was a victim of Overlord project.. meeting all those characters is really cool and if you let any of the character die in previous game well shame on you : ) But there are few things that suck.. like the freaking journal in which QUEST STATUS NEVER UPDATES... sometimes you don't even know if you actually have the shit that some dude was looking or even who set you on the quest so you better remember all the people. Also many quest are like "vulkan/krogan/what ever needs that and that, go find" It is boring busy work. I was running like idiot searching for some "artifact" just to find out that I found it earlier in the game >_<

  Okay I want to wright few words about games that I lately completed. First Alice Madness Returns.. I've never played the first game cause.. it was hard to get and by the year that this game came out Internet was still this new mysterious thing for me. So I was glad that we get first "Alice" for free. Anyway It is hardcore platformer game with fighting elements. Jumping on platform, actually kinda hard battles especially on higher difficulty level, awesome level design and the whole atmosphere of Wonderland. The story is also really good, seeking for your lost memories, looking inside into your deepest, darkest part of brains. Really awesome game that I recommend to every platformer fans. I was shocked that many gaming magazines gave this game a 6 out of 10 or even lower due to a little aged graphics, why? Do we really live in area where graphics are everything... for me it a strong 8/10 title a damn good (and actually long for today standards... it can even take up to 20 hours!) game.

  Review scores really mean nothing. Some games are just supposed to get high scores even if they aren't that good like Mario, Halo and Uncharted while Sonic does have a history of sucking the last ten years so it isn't like that for Sonic.

  Sonic Generations was great but I wished they could have put a few more zones in it. I mean Sonic has had a long career and it felt like the game didn't do it justice. It was still one of the most fun games I played last year and with all the challenges, the game has a decent length. I would have loved to see a few more stages though. I still think the game is well worth it though since it is really fun and that's what a game should be about.

  And here we go to my biggest mystery... many magazines give Sonic notes like 6/10... I've even seen 4/10.... FOUR OUT OF TEN.... that means that the game is below average... But Super Mario 3D World.... 10/10, 9/10... What the fu*k? I guess magazines and gamers are just used to bitch about every Sonic game in those good ones! They just go owwww it isn't the same as in original Sonic... fudge it give it a 6/10... Mario.... Yeah it is same stuff yet again but give it a 9/10 cause it is Mario and gamers will get pissed on if we get it a lower score. Mario 3D is a really average game... 3D effect is kinda nice, but gameplay isn't perfect.. game is also waaay shorter and easier then New Super Mario Brothers. The only page that gave Sonic justice was ScrewAttack (yeah I know... shock!) that announced it as a 10th best game of a year... (world just went crazy!)

  I finally Sonic Generations and.... it is actually a really good game! Both 2D and 3D levels are fun, graphics are really good and colorful and of course the good nostalgia when you re-viste Green Hill Zone both from 2D and 3D perspective. It is also kinda cool that every Sonic got it own game play style. Past Sonic can spin to gain speed, present Sonic can lock on targets etc. There are also several (10 for each zone, 5 for each Sonic) challenges... most of them are really fun to play cause the are just new levels and for each you can gain new music tunes and artworks from past Sonic games! There is even original Sonic the Hedgehog build in the game (maybe also other games but I've just beaten the first boss) ... to play it all you need is to buy Genesis controller for 7777 points which you will gain in no time :D It is a best Sonic game since Sonic Adventure on DreamCast and if I could rate it I would give it an 8 or 9 out of 10!

  I hear some people are experiencing pretty severe slowdowns after their save files get bigger in Skyrim so I've been holding off getting the game. Bethesda games also always drop fast in price so I might hope a couple of bug fixes comes along before I pick the game up.

  It is more stable than Fallout 3 that's for sure... In F3 game was freezing every 40min while entering the room, while attacking, while activating VAST, while talking to NPC, while skipping the text.. Here I also don't need to stand like idiot for 30s and wait till the textures load so the game won't crash later. (if you won't do that, game have too much data to load and crash). Still there are several sound glitches music glitch out on loading screens, talking sequences are cut or repeated or even just mute (NMH: HP have same problem lulz xD). For some reason the game also went back to console dashboard while I entered a room... at least it didn't froze so I didn't have to restart my console (Fallout 3 >_<). For now haven't seen any other glitches.....

  The controls at least on dual shock are CRAP. locking on enemies and defense mode is same freaking button and often game lock on other target.... As for fighting... triangle, triangle, square, square, R2... boss battles same thing sometimes you just need to avoid super attacks thats all. Other stupid shit is that you can't attack while enemies stand out there powering their special moves.. why? They can do it when I power up my special move (and holding square with triangle is uncomfortable). Still sadly this is the best action game for move (not counting Killzone and Resistance... shooters)... at least till Sorcery will finally show up. I just bought Skyrim and... what I can say... gameplay is awesome not like in Oblivion were status screen was shit, here everything is so simple and at your hand... Other awesome thing... using magic in one hand and sword in other ULTIMATE COMBO! Still in game have butt load of glitches

  Infamous 2 for me is the Ultimate super hero game. None other game gave that super hero/villain filling as Infamous 2 still there are some funny things like bunch of civilians that are wounded and none of the people around give a shit... they just walk by :D Also the game still have that annoying glitch that some of the sub-quests may not appear for several hours! It is a lucky guess that game will spawn an enemy in that small area so you can kill him and start a subquest. Still all the new ice powers were good actually all of them were handy... creating big piles of ice so you can jump higher... awesome. Still in my opinion it is 8/10 game. I played a little of No More Heroes and... daaaamn with dual shock it is soooo boring... Whole game is... do some stupid minigame part-time job go for assassin mission which basically kill some guys on one screen then earn money for next fight, kill the guy. BORING AS HELL. With PS: Move is probably more fun cause you can actually can chop stuff

  I just beat inFamous 2 and I was really surprised with how much I enjoyed it since I thought the first game was pretty mediocre. The story and moral choices were much better this time around and I thoroughly enjoyed both endings. Great game and possibly even a Top 10 game for me from this year.

  v Can you save and reload that save for the trophy? In that case it shouldn't be impossible if the game is short. 2 hours sounds harsh though.

  Ico has two DEADLY trophies for hardcore players.... First... DON'T DIE EVEN ONE TIME. This is just brutal.... you can die by simple mistake cause both camera and controls are a little bit crippled... so you will fall in the pit few times.. Other one is... Complete the game in less than 2 hours... 2 FREAKING HOURS! It took me 6.5 hours to pass the game even if you know what to do 2 hours is a freaking extreme dead line!

  I never played ICO and I guess most games age a little, not just in terms of graphics but also the game mechanics. New games come along and perfect what was once considered good I guess. I will still pick that collection up at one point since ICO is one of those games you "should have played" even if it isn't perfect. I also look forward to replaying SotC in HD.

  the only problem is that while you are doing it other shadow punch you so they grab Yorda again and before you pick your ass from the ground you got to run and help her again most of the time you don't even have time to get a one strike on enemy! Also the game have glitches with save point. Sometimes Yorda just REFUSE to sit on that freaking bench to save a game (yeah it is also nice that the game didn't tell you HOW to save a game). Sometimes also saving takes freaking forever.. (but this is conversion problem) . Okay so the good points... graphics are just great I mean really great even after all this years. I also love the interaction between you and Yorda.. how Yorda sometimes helps you with some of the puzzle (she stares at some objects that are useful to solve the puzzle.. still I guess just POINTING would be more reasonable).I played only for about 2 hours and for now (FANS RAGE IN 3...2...1..) game is just a little over hyped for me... Sure the atmosphere and the idea is great
