    How to get a higher bandwidth

    I have installed Last FM Mobile in my mobile phone. I have noticed that the average bandwidth is 16 kbs. This causes long periods of buffering and silence.
    Why is that so narrow. Is it possible to get a better score. I use 3G of T-mobile and my internet connection has an average of 100 kbs, so there is some room for higher rates. How to speed up the buffering?

    Unfortunately due to the last.fm radio servers. Even on my desktop PC, accessing the radio directly (that is without using the official client) on a 6000 MBit line, I never get more than 20-25 kb/s :(

    As suggested in another thread already, we will work on having prebuffering of following track, while one track is still playing, in the future.
