Music Taste

We all have joined this group because we all hate hip hop but what’s about your music taste? So tell me, what music you are listening to and what music you don’t like beside of hip hop crap? (I don’t mean which Artists you like/don’t like, I mean to which music-style you are listening to)

Wir sind hier alle in der Gruppe zusammen weil wir ja alle Hip Hop nicht ausstehen können.. aber wie sieht euer Musikgeschmack eigentlich ansonsten aus? Also sagt mal was ihr so hört und was ihr außer Hip Hop noch nicht mögt (ich rede nicht von Artists sondern vom Musikstil)

So i am listening to heavy/death/black/viking/folk/power metal and a few rock bands..
and i hate nu-metal, hip hop, tecno and all similar music-styles

I like to to hear Heavy/Power and Progressive Metal!

and what I hate about Hip Hop is, that there is no need of instuments than turntables... for me Musik is when you have at least one Guitar, Drums, Bass-Guitar an a Singer!!!

Ihr denkt ich hasse euch??? Falsch!!! Ich verachte eucht!!! Hass ist ein Gefühl und Gefühle verdient ihr nicht!!!

I listen to many genres - most of them are Rock genres. From Rock to Progressive Metal, I nearly listen to everything. But I hate this fucking bands, whose singers you cannot understand - that's mostly Death Metal and Black Metal.

Furthermore I like to listen to Reggae.

I listen to about all types of Heavy Metal (apart from Nu-metal and bands with opera singers) and Classic/Hard Rock

i listen to punk and metal "querbeet"
i don`t link hip hop, pop and techno.

Alternative, Indie, Metal. Unusal combination, but I don't think of myself as an usual guy anyway =)

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.

There is another that states that this has already happend.

I like gothic, alternative rock, symphonic metal, folk metal, new metal (yes, i know what you'll say) and sometimes i listen to industrial metal, death metal, power metal and avantgarde metal.

hmm metal: sometimes black and death, but regular power/heavy/viking/folk metal, and I'm loving thrash!!!!!
rock: progressive, hard and alternative
Oi, punk and socialistic anthems is quite nice too

dislike: every hip hop, techno and pop/pop-rock and plastic punk

ALL kinds, styles and performances of METAL... except Black Metal and grind.. it is quite boring... (and only noisy)

MOST of ALL, I like Melodic Death Metal..

most of the time i listen to melodic death/death metal.
but i also listen to viking/folk/thrash/progressive/heavy metal, sometimes folk/hard-rock and black/power metal, but i also like A capella :P

Vor allem alles mögliche in Richtung Metal ausser Kindergarten und Mädchen Black Metal. Am liebsten halt Metal aus den 80ern :) Außerdem hör ich besonders gern deutschen Rock und Metal (NDH) und alles mögliche in Richtung Classic Rock (von Pink Floyd bis Steppenwolf).

All kinds of metal except children (kindergarten)/girlie black metal. Best metal is the 80's one. Furthermore I like NDH and Classic Rock.

I hear a lot of different genres: Punk, Ska, Alternative, Metal, Folk Rock, Oi, Grunge, Psychobilly, Punkabilly, Swing, Jazz, Acoustic, Songwriter, Funk, A Capella ...

So you can say I listen to every stile in which creativity , instruments and competent musicians are needed. So the exact opposite of Hip-Hop, Rap and electronic music, too.

My taste in music lise somewhere between pop/rock/alternative/punk. I can't really describe it, but if it has a nice melody I would probably like it. This is also the reason why I can't seem to appreciate hip hop.

I like heavy, thrash, power, black, death, viking. Everything that has some effort in it. Not just some bass loops and shitty lyrics about cars and blingbling.

thats the pseudo-punk which everyone only hear because its in the charts or its populatity
For example "Die Ärzte" is a standard plasticpunk band
they make "punk"lyriks (against war/politics/whatever) but only do this to earn much money and to get much fans (maybe so they find some groupies to fuck)
in some songs they look like the hardest hopers, its embarissing...
plastic-punk is tagged to all that music, which want to be real punk but will never be

i don't hear black and death regulary, only one,two songs from a band
the most of it is senseless growling
