A group to promote all Indie music and bands from Inverness and the Highlands of Scotland

Welcome to The Highland Rock Cafe, Scotland.

Hey sorry for the cheesy image, it was all I could find on google that wasn’t too Naff! If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

Anyway, I set up this group, hoping to attract lovers of indie music, bands, and observers from a far, to promote and educate the people of the world our local talent from Inverness and the Highlands and Scotland.

Now when I refer to Indie, I of course mean the true sense of the word “Independent” and not “The Happy Mondays” etc. This includes DJ’s, producers, folk, an rock etc etc. Please get in touch, update us with any news and also feel free to add your recommendations. Please support this site – please support highland music!

Although Glasgow based, I have added The Cinematics because Scott Rinning is from Dingwall - yes he is a Gudgie! ;-)
