  I hardly see the word anymore...maybe because I stopped reading dumbass shit. Last time I saw it was on a bogus event page that had Animal Collective listed to play Warped Tour. All the kids who like Warped Tour and screamo and were offended at the insult dropped the p-word like crazy as if it were the opposite of 'good'

  "Normally people use the word pretentious when there is something that is too deep for their tiny little minds." ----- I've found this to be generally true. Though if someone does hate something I like, and if they express why, I am fine with that. It's when they resort to calling the thing in question (or me) 'pretentious' that I find their attitude idiotic. Some people and works of art might indeed be pretentious, but not nearly as many as narrow-minded folk online would have you believe.
