foo_lastfm_radio does not work

foo_lastfm_radio does not work

Hi everybody,

I hope you could help me on this following issue.

I am using foobar 1.1.1 including foo_lastfm_radio for streaming my personal last.fm music, however, I always get the following error code:
Decoding failure at 0:00.000 (Unsupported format or corrupted file):
"FOO_LASTFM_RADIO://play.last.fm/user/bc63008e2073b8efff62b8862a1753c2.mp3LASTFM"

Does anyone know a solution for that or any other script I could use to stream last.fm in foobar2000

I keep getting this kinds of errors at 1:02:xxx of any track (foobar v1.1.5 + foo_lastfm_radio 0.5.7d). Allow seeking over HTTP is disabled.

Unable to resume decoding at 1:02.093 (Unsupported format or corrupted file): "FOO_LASTFM_RADIO://play.last.fm/user/f8fcd7854506039004bb7281ce4e7ce1.mp3LASTFM"

As this seems to be the only practicable plugin (foo_softplaylists is crap for tags radio and stuff) I would want this to be fixed really hard. Any suggestions?

perhaps you have some of playcount component trying the tag the file after a minute has passed?

Yeah, i disabled "Automatically synchronize file tags with statistics" and now it works. Thank yo soso much =)

EDIT:
Although it would be great if the playback statistics would be updated automatically from time to time. Is it able to limit the synchronization to music that is not streamed?

I absolutely loved NG Playlist with the radio plugin, I could switch between local media and pre-determined last.fm radio stations instantly with a tab list, without ever opening the website. I was bummed when I could no longer do this. How come you figured out this simple fix but the dev didnt lol? But yeah, thanks a ton Brometheus!
