Total Life Forever

I just finished listening to it and I didn't pretty much like it. I know I'll be against everybody with my statement, but whatever... Maybe I should listen to it again. The fact is that I was expecting a lot after Antidotes (like everyody else, I think) and this album simply did not satisfy my expectations.

I think both albums are amazing in their own ways. Its hard to compare the two because they just have such a different feel. TLF sounds a lot more polished than Antidotes but I think it lacks the math-rock energetic feel of the first album. Still a great album though!

It's differente from Antidotes and maybe that makes it hard to "feel". I think they were looking for different textures and they achieved that. The use of the delay is very interesting. I prefer a lot more Antidotes so far but I think that with this record they are saying "we are a band, not only a nice record"

I think that this album is more conscious and ripe than the last one. They're going in the right direction.
