Tornado of Souls, Insomnia, Five Magics, Countdown to Extinction, She-Wolf, Symphony of Destruction, This Was My Live, 99 Ways to Die, Dread and the Fugitive Mind, Vortex, FFF, The Disintegrators, Chosen Ones and Kill the King :P But that's not all of my favourites :P

The majority of Megadeth's songs just flat out own. Right now my favourite has to be "Tornado Of Souls," with "Holy Wars...The Punishment Due" Coming in a close second.

At the moment, I'm listening to and love The Conjuring on Peace Sells. Such an awesome song, but it's too hard to choose my favourite!

"Infanteria" is the best metal band since Pantera!

To make this A LOT easier, here the songs i really dislike:

I Ain't Superstitious

Psychotron

Paranoid

I can't choose what songs i like most, there are way to many...

These 3 -> Skull Beneath The Skin | Chosen Ones | Looking Down The Cross
came nearest to what my faves are... Don't know why, this songs have a strange attraction to me since i heard them the first time, back in those good old times. (*_*)
