This group focuses more on the beautiful music from genres like ambient, classical, new age & movie/game soundtracks than any other genres. See the artist connection list for a general view on what music this group focuses on.

Beautiful can be used to describe many things. In this group beautiful is the beautiful picture you can see when you listen to music. It's the picture your imagination creates when you hear sounds.

For example:
When I listen to

The Ocean Dreams I may think of a beautiful ocean. If I close my eyes I can also imagine that I'm a part of this picture, flying over the ocean.

Why must your imagination see something and not just appreciate the aesthetics of the music itself? Because your brain is a picture machine. Every letter, sound or little dot generates a picture in your brain more or less. For some it may be extremely vague, for others it may be very strong. I want this group to have some creativity too.
