Lurholm Today, I urge all apskafters to scrobble one or both of these songs, if possible: "My Rainbow Race" by Pete Seeger, and "Barn av regnbuen" by Lillebjörn Nilsen (the Norwegian version of the first song). These are the songs most hated by Anders Behring Breivik, the Norwegian mass murderer and terrorist, and today the people of Oslo are going to sing them outside the courthouse. Let's join in.

I've uploaded a track for the forthcoming TMBG cover album and all my forthcoming work will be as Peter-David Smith. I'm abandoning the Speculativism brand because it's got too many listeners and soon won't be able to play on "under 2000 listeners" tag radio anymore. Also because the gag about "speculativistic" art is getting stale.

Actually I looked up the American expression "piker" online and got "one who gambles or speculates with small amounts of money" which sounds like my dad. He used to bet on the football pools but never took an interest in the game, only in the results. He also never watched horse racing but always bet on them anyway. The reason I've never taken up gambling is because I learned the lesson from my dad's lack of winnings. --- Still, I'm guessing that Jakob's usage of the word is in some slightly different sense such as "living too safely" or whatever. --- I have to live as safely as possible. I'm 58 and being outdoors in the middle of an English winter would kill me. Since I don't have any suicidal urges I would wish to avoid that scenario.

I've got a new flat I'm in the process of moving to. I'm telling everyone because people were kind and mentioned me in their prayers. The prayers worked and not only will I now avoid homelessness but the place I'm moving to is really nice, in an attic near some parkland!
