Obscure psych song. Help required!

Good evening one and all

I have been trawling t'internet and pestering various bloggers for assistance with the ID of a song that I first heard about a month ago. I wonder - is there anyone out there asides from the artist and a select few who know the origins of this late 60s / early 70s psych?

When I stumbled across this forum, my hope picked up a little.

The one thing I could suggest to you is going to garagehangover.com and getting in touch with the dude that runs the site. His email is posted all over. If anyone would know it, my bet would be on that guy. Good luck!
