manual ipod and back dated scrobbles

i ahve just downloaded last.fm software and have installed it fine. however, it has only added plays that have been listened to on my itunes libary, not on my actual ipod. songs ive played since, through my ipod have been scrobbled, i would just like to know if i can get all my old playcounts onto last.fm.
