Can't change the name of new playlist, always stays 'Untitled Playlist' and the Describe you playlist linky doesn't work. I do like the wall of artist pics, but other wise too much scrolling and It gets a bit more complicated than it used to and takes a while to figure out where things gone.

I like the adjustments made to the top charts,
I like the embedded playlist,
I like the videos of my top artists,
I also like the organization of the artist profile...

Everything else however... can go to hell!

My about me sidebar was perfectly formatted. Everything was in order, with tightly fitted images that harmonizes with my profile.... NOW ITS ALL WRONG!

I spent the longest time trying to find the support forms! I couldn't find the "user" category and I still don't really know what it changed to. So I had to go through my history to find the forums.

Dashboard is gone! It's replaced with the home page!
So what happened to the actual home page?
What happened to the mother****ing homepage!? O__O

The layout is bland, and tasteless just like Facebook. Don't do facebook! Last.fm was last.fm because nothing else mimicked it.
STAY ON THE LEADING EDGE! >:O

White on white on white with hits of grey is rubbish...

I want my Black coloured last.fm heading back..... *sniffs* ;__;

What the HELL happened to the "Play in Software" button for my play list. Now it only plays my Library, I want to play my Playlist. I don't want to listen to songs that are in the library, theres a reason why I delete a song from my play list, I get tired of it. So why would I want to listen to it AGAIN!!

BRING THE "PLAY PLAYLIST IN SOFTWARE" BUTTON BACK!!!!

Contrary to a fair few people by the looks of it, I actually quite like the new layout! I don't see why so many people are making such a fuss! And what I don't understand is those saying they're now going to stop using or leave Last.fm because of it. The service is still exactly the same, if not even better! Basically the people who have decided/are deciding to leave simply because the site has a new look are pretty crazy in my opinion! Last.fm is a great service (:

also why the hell would they take away the collage of top 10 artists for the week. that was the best part. now it just shows the top 6 (why 6? makes no sense) in all time playlist which rarely changes! stupid! hellooooo

I actually like many of the new features, but the layout is horrendous. Please, please, please tweak it to look more like this

most of the songs that were full tracks now only play for 30 seconds WTF!! Even this forum is broken, it stops at the 25th page, with no next button. So you have to go to the navigation bar and change it to 26, how can somebody miss that.

It won't even let me quote. Who the Hell is codeing this thing?!?!

old interface

don't want to dismiss your hard work - but the new interface feels 200% in the wrong direction. makes last.fm feel/look like it's lacking content and it's quite boring. the old interface was great (slowish, but great).

To make me tolerate this crap I want the following, stat:

1) The option to return to the old version.
2) The option to not only make recent activity invisible to others, but to remove the box from my profile entirely. Useless and annoying.
3) The ability to have 'no pictures' for the library box.
4) The ability to remove and move boxes from profile. Because I hate the library thing. Pointless piece of crap.
5) Multiple colour schemes.

Hey here's a thought: take a cue from Vox and allow subscribers to make new layouts. Give options. Because despite the insistence of the likers, me spending more time is NOT getting me used to it. I'm just finding new reasons to hate it.

so I now have to subscribe to listen to a play list, MY Playlist, which used to be free. And in being Free was the reason I loved this site so much. Now it is just a website out to get your money. Seriously WTF happened?

Most of the people that are happy with the changes are those that are subscribed. But to those that aren't, did you come here the first time to pay to listen to music? No, we came cause it was easy to use, cause it had some interaction with other people with the same taste in music, and most of all because it was FREE.

The previous design was very nice - professional, neat and truly beautiful.

This new one is not only ugly, but looks like a joke. Did Last.fm change web designer? If so, you hired an incompetent.

I am truly disappointed by Last.fm's interface and presentation. This move is disappointing.

I used to love Last FM, but this new layout is truly hideous. Why the need for this makeover anyway? As the old saying goes: if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

This is too funny, I haven't been following any criticism or the development of the new layout, but since it has appeared I am appalled with it.

Put both the OLD and NEW last.fm side by side, show them to people who have never used the site before and ask which one is better.

I guarantee the old one is better, much better. By the way, why can't I tag a track as I'm listening to it anymore? And, why do I have to scroll down to see the shouts for a song? It used to be right there in front of me. Talk about needless clicking about. Nevermind that the layout *still* doesn't adjust to the width of a higher-res monitor, so there's half the space wasted on either side, just a whole bunch of blank space but it's 2 pages long ffs.
