Concord Dawn began life as Evan Short & Matt Harvey, bursting onto the New Zealand music scene back in mid 1999 with their unique high octane Drum and Bass sound. After a year or so of underground success they were courted by local electronic music label Kog Transmissions. Over the years they released the albums Concord Dawn, Disturbance, Uprising, and Chaos By Design winning them several awards such as Best Song, Most Radio Play, Best Album, and Best Electronic Release from bNet Music Awards as well as Best Electronic Album at the New Zealand Music Awards.
When Evan decided to focus on studio commitments, Matt continued with Concord Dawn releasing The Enemy Within which received iTunes New Zealands "Electronic Album Of The Year and The Race To Zero which received a 9.5 out of 10 from DJ mag as well as release of the month. More Recently, The Race to Zero Volume 1, the Wipeout (featuring New Zealand's Trei) and 2012s Air Chrysalis continue to add to a long list of accomplishments.
Concord Dawn’s live sets are well regarded as encompassing the full spectrum of drum and bass music and their albums and singles have won critical acclaim worldwide with tracks signed to respected drum and bass labels such as Metalheadz, Ram Records and Hospital Recordings. Matt, the man behind Uprising Records and Concord Dawn, continues to fly the flag for new, innovative and exciting artists, such as New Zealand artists Bulletproof, State of Mind, the Upbeats, Dose and Trei as well as international artists Pendulum, Camo and Krooked, Prolix, Rido and Black Sun Empire.

DJ Dan has been synonymous with the American dance music industry for over two decades as a record collector, house innovator and true legend of the scene. However, his music bandwidth stretches much further; representing the spirit of 70’s disco and 80’s/90’s house with contemporary flair that makes him like no other artist on the scene.
Born and raised on the West coast, Dan was entrenched in music from an early age, 1989 to be exact, a time when the rave scene was blossoming. Sharpening his skills spinning vinyl at small clubs in Seattle, Dan’s experience in the late 80’s behind the decks converted into a profound knowledge of what people want on the dance floor, a trait still ingrained in him today. As the scene exploded Dan was at the center of a musical revolution; underground promoters snapped up his ability to blend breaks, disco and all things funky that inadvertently placed him as the leading figure on the rave scene.
Many visionary artists have queued up to bottle Dan’s unique sound; with a remix discography that reads like a music industry hall of fame; Depeche Mode, New Order, the Pussycat Dolls and a Tribe Called Quest … Orgy Lady Gaga. In September of 2010, Dan went on to release one of his finest achievements, his debut artist album, ‘Future Retro” – titled after and the embodiment of Dan’s 20+ years in the industry.
When not in the studio, Dan’s playing out all over the world to audiences looking for a proper dance floor education and a great time.

The year was 1993, Prodigy - The Experience was the album, and this was the year snarf. fell in love with electronic music. By '97 he was collecting and spinning vinyl, and pushing the happy hardcore / trancecore sound throughout the southeast USA. He was a resident of the legendary Playground Productions out of Atlanta, Enation out of Tampa, and threw the first two all hardcore events in Florida. You never know what kind of music snarf. is going to play during a set. He has been known to throw some Miami booty breaks into uk hardcore, and has a penchant for playing tracks at twice their tempo.
