Bloodstock Open Air is a heavy metal festival held annually at Catton Hall in Walton-upon-Trent, England, since 2005. Previous line-ups have included bands such as Children of Bodom, In Flames, Testament, Arch Enemy, Saxon, Lacuna Coil, Turisas, Stratovarius, Edguy, Ensiferum and more!


Band signing sessions take place regularly throughout the course of the festival, wherein fans can get their merchandise signed by performing artists. There is also a ‘Metal Karaoke’ each night after all of the bands have finished.

    We where the guys singing things like the harold shipman song and the spounge bob square pants in campsite c, we also had the fosters gazebo that turned into a midget gazebo on saturday :D

    "There was a guy near us who wore a yellow tutu and leopard skin tights for the entire festival... oh yeah and a huge ballon dick :D" You camped right by us then! We helped gaffer tape a Welsh flag to that guys back, lmao....
