Sat 20 Aug – Rock the Bells
Overall, it was okay. Much better venue than last year for the LA/San Bernidino show. And I heard Black Star actually ended up going on after they didn't show up when they were supposed to. So I'm little pissed about that....They didn't even try and inform everyone of changes. I just assumed they were a no show and went to another stage. Wack
Common: Killed it. And that's not just the fan in me being biased. He was free styling, interacting with the crowd, doing antics on stage, performing I Used to Love H.E.R. and Resurrection along with all of Be, etc. One of the best live performers I've seen. 9.5/10
Big K.R.I.T.: Did his best. It seemed like half of the audience didn't even know who he was, let alone his music. The front went crazy when songs like Country S*** or Sooki Now came on. His stage presence was pretty good as well.....7.5/10
Childish Gambino: Eh. Was better at the House of Blues. His singing was off key and s***. But he still rocked it to an extent.....7/10
