Connect Music Festival is Scotland’s new three-day boutique event taking place on 31 August, 1 & 2 September 2007. The festival is held in the stunning grounds of Inveraray Castle, situated on the banks of the beautiful Loch Fyne in Argyll.

The confirmed line-up for 2007 includes Beastie Boys, Primal Scream, Bjork, Mogwai, Idlewild, The Go! Team and many more.


There will be a range of on-site camping options available including bespoke teepees and pods, and a plethora of bands, DJs, artists, performers, comedians, jesters, visual arts and installations that will be keeping you amused throughout the weekend.

Connect will be an intimate festival that offers not only the best in music, but also a wealth of unique, remarkable, alternative and truly entertaining experiences.

    Definitely enjoyed it - Bjork, Mogwai and the Beasties all played amazing sets, didn't get to see everything I wanted but shit happens. Shame the campsite was on a bumpy downhill slope... Next time I'm bringing wellies though!

    What was the whole Edith Bowman thing about? I heard that being screamed in the camp-site...did I miss something?! I thought Connect was absolutely amazing. Bjork and her green laser had me mesmerised! Other highlights were M.I.A., Super Furries, Jesus and Mary Chain and Rilo Kiley. The festival could have been better organised and after the shitty summer we've had they could have got in more hay

    Why do so many people complain about the state of the toilets or the mud? It's a festival, what were you expecting?! I thought the whole thing was amazing, and the Mogwai set was probably the greatest gig of my life. Faultless sets by LCD, Bjork, Kieren Hebden/Steven Reid, Bat For Lashes and Regina too. And Seasick Steve was a joy to behold also. Local band Big Face was an incredible first gig of
