Samurai.fm presents COMADISCO
Mugwump, Ben Pistor (Disco Bloodbath) et Future Sound of Clapton (Samurai Fm)
512 has been around for a couple of months gradually building a reputation as one of the most up and coming medium-sized venues in the heart of Dalston.
They’ve hosted a top line-up of DJs and parties so far including Disco Bloodbath/Meat Raffle to name but a few and so we’re extremely excited to celebrate a Coma-Valentine’s Day at this great little club. Cheap drinks, beautiful people, (believe us, we were there last weekend!!) and no non-sense, straight-up yet weirded out dance music all night long.
As usual your party poppers, Future Sound of Clapton will be playing obscure disco, acid, detroit, electro, new wave and micro funk this time with fellow Samurai resident Geoffroy aka Mugwump.
He caused a stir last year with consistent electro disco releases on established labels such as Kompakt, Eskimo and Disco 45 but people perhaps remembers him best as the guy who produced a string laden nu-balearic anthem « Boutade » on Misericord.
Laying it down will be Ben Pistor from Disco Bloodbath! I don’t feel the need to explain what Disco Bloodbath is. He promised to bring his unique blend of ecstasy disco, spaced out Italo, shiny proto house, Manhattan re-edits, forgotten wild pitch classics, strung-out pop noir, thumping bitch trax and music that goes bump in the night.
Hope to see you all there!
