Radiant & Room 40 are proud to present Mark McGuire on his first-ever Australian tour.

Mark McGuire is one of the central figures emerging from the American underground music scene.

An incredibly talented player and songwriter, his work both in a solo capacity and with his lauded band Emeralds places him smack bang in the heartland of a great American sonic uprising. Creating incredibly rich and deep layered guitar works, McGuire has developed an entirely unique method of live looping, creating a network on tone, melody and freeform modulation that is both breathtaking and bewildering. He’s a master of his craft and comes to Sydney for the very first time.

He’ll be joined by Blank Realm. One of Brisbane’s most exciting groups, they bring together experimental tendencies with core pop ideas for an incredible sound that’s uniquely their own. They’ve released records with beloved LA label Not Not Fun among others.

And just added, Sydney’s own Camperdown & Out! A brand new band featuring members of Marf Loth, Dead Farmers, Royal Headache and Raw Prawn! Their first couple of shows have been great, and we’re excited to have them on the bill. Get in early.

DJs Angela Bermuda (Circle Pit/Straight Arrows/Convent) and Lucy Cliche (Naked on the Vague) will be playing music between bands. This show is not to be missed!
