blood red shoes sind laura-mary carter und steven ansell. zusammen besitzen sie eine leidenschaft für ergreifende melodien und einfache songstrukturen.
das resultat: eine unglaubliche überzeugungskraft und intensität, die sowohl bei wohnzimmerkonzerten oder als support bei konzerten von « rage against the machine » das publikum überwältigt. in sachen drive und dynamik in ihrer musik kommt kaum jemand gegen sie an, und was die verbindung von rock und punk mit popappeal angeht, sind die briten sowieso unschlagbar. viele fans haben sie schon und für fans von « the white stripes », « the kills » oder « the black keys » sind sie ein muss! das heiss ersehnte dritte blood red shoes album « in time to voices » erscheint am 16. märz.
