Drivende death/viking metal fra Sverige! Amon Amarth er godt rutinerte musikere, og leverer tunge riff, melodiøse harmonier og sjele-knusende rytmer som maner frem bilder av nordisk mytologi. Tor hadde slått begeistret med hammeren om han hadde vært i publikum – for her ser vi summen av to tiår med fremadstormende utvikling. Nå er de aktuelle med sitt 10. album, ”Surtur Rising”.
