They came from Venus to destroy the cities …
But there’s hope for the human race. Just ask the extraterrestrial members of Valient Thorr, rock n’ roll saviours crossing the solar system to warn earthlings … , delivering a message of redemption wrapped in heavy rock n’ roll, pounding drums and shredding guitar licks on 250+ shows every year including Vans Warped Tours as well as with Motorhead, Joan Jett, Eagles of Death Metal and Fu Manchu.
They look like a Hell’s Angels chapter chewing up classic 70’s influences such as Sabbath and Thin Lizzy, and Valient Thorr share more in common with that past era of greatness rather than today’s formulaic, watered-down sounds.
As Valient Himself puts it, “When rock lost its roll, it lost its soul. We’re putting the roll back in rock n’ roll!
