Mutlu

Mutlu is a soulful, Philadelphia-based artist. Over the last few years he has toured extensively across North America and Europe with Amos Lee, Hall & Oates and Joe Jackson and has shared the stage with Adele, Eric Hutchinson, Katy Perry, John Hiatt, Leon Russell and G. Love & Special Sauce amongst many others. His debut album « Livin’ it » was released by Manhattan/EMI records and produced by the late, great T-Bone Wolk. « Livin’ it » featured guest appearances by Amos Lee, Daryl Hall, G.Love and Raheem DeVaughn.

After George Stanford’s Philly-based band Townhall went their seperate ways, his songs carried him from Philadelphia to Los Angeles where he now resides, writing and recording music. His sound combines his Philly roots with the vibe of his new west coast home. George’s live performances and records have been grabbing audiences nationwide, featuring his unique songs, deep guitar sound, and stellar band. George is thrilled to share the stage with his old friend Mutlu at WCL!
