After a 4-year absence, the beloved Glaswegian indie-pop collective Belle and Sebastian are heading back to Sydney, playing highlights from their stunning back catalogue and critically acclaimed 2010 release Write About Love.

Led by guitarist/vocalist Stuart Murdoch the supremely talented indie-pop septet are renowned for their spellbinding live performances. Their unique mix of gorgeous, delicate melodies along with whimsical, affecting lyrics, produce an intimate and majestic sound that is equal parts folk-rock and ’60s pop.

Belle and Sebastian’s latest release is a breathtaking record combining the strengths and feel of early Belle and Sebastian in a broader musical palette, drawing equally on musicals, sixties’ girl groups, eighties’ indie and, most of all, classic pop records. Fans of early albums like If You’re Feeling Sinister and Tigermilk will also be pleased to hear their inclusion on the set list!

Hey, don't know if this is sold out but I have a ticket in Box C if anybody wants it. Cost price (~$90) or nearest offer I guess. Can't make it to Sydney :( but seeing them elsewhere at least!

Wouldn't recommend parking squally, expensive as all get out. Get a train to Circular Quay, it's a 2 minute walk from there.
